Through oil painting, ceramics and textile both artists explore transformation and the shifting relationship between bodies and their environments. Thaens’ paintings move between organic forms, camouflage and imagined ecosystems, while eisma works across textiles and ceramics to create tactile, immersive worlds that hold both vulnerability and strength. Together, their practices create a dialogue between the intimate and the otherworldly, where colour, material and form become ways of imagining different states of being.
