No Man’s Art Gallery presents Sakir Khader and Alejandro Galvan in a powerful combined presentation at the fair’s Solo/Duo section. Combining the works of Khader and Galván allows for a conversation on resistance and solidarity through fragility and intimacy, in the crushing face of violence and its painful aftermath.

Khader’s photographs and films explore the relationship between life and death in conflict zones. Time-bound moments are captured where intimacy and threat coexist. Galván’s large narrative paintings and works on paper construct dense, layered scenes in which personal stories unfold within wider systems shaped by crime, migration and corruption.
